01. General Agreement
By accessing the HaoShi Refractories website, requesting quotes, or engaging in business transactions with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. As a premier manufacturer and trader with over 15 years of experience, we provide these terms to ensure transparent and reliable global partnerships.
02. Products and Services
HaoShi Refractories offers a comprehensive range of shaped and unshaped refractory materials, including but not limited to high-alumina clay, magnesia-hercynite spinel bricks, castables, and mortars. We also provide:
- Comprehensive one-stop OEM/ODM manufacturing solutions.
- Customized refractory formulations optimized by top scientific researchers to meet specific industrial requirements.
03. Quality and Compliance
All our products are manufactured across our 3 research-grade production lines and joint venture facilities in strict accordance with ISO9001, CE, and ROHS standards. Raw materials undergo rigorous screening, and every product is audited by professional quality inspectors before shipment to enforce our zero-defect policy.
04. Global Shipping & Delivery
We actively serve the global market, with a strategic focus on the "Belt and Road" countries. Delivery timelines, logistics, and shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in individual contract agreements. While we leverage our robust supply chain of over 25 supplier partners to meet all delivery timelines, HaoShi is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or international customs clearance processes.
05. Support and Liability
Our professional foreign trade team provides 24/7 global support to safeguard your business. However, our liability for any product defects is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective materials or a refund of the purchase price, subject to our technical verification. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from improper installation or use in extreme heat environments beyond the specified product tolerances.
